spy valley sauvignon blanc
Aroma // Grapefruit and lime zest, with sweet underlying passionfruit pulp.
Palate // Dry with a vibrant acid tension, there is a sweet fruit character showing the
classic Marlborough interplay of tropical fruits, citrus and zesty currant and
Cellaring // Ripe flavours from a warm vintage, and a subtly firm structure give the potential
for moderate cellaring.
The initial sweet fruit character will diminish after several
years, but expect pleasant drinking to at least 2022.

The light to medium-bodied Sauvignon Blanc features aromas and flavors of passion fruit, grapefruit, fig and a touch of snow pea. It's smooth and silky in the mouth, ending with gentle hints of bell pepper on the long finish.
