Complex and juicy, this Lodi Zinfandel explodes with brambly fruit aromas as well as toasted coconut, sandlewood, tanned leather, clove, and freshly grated nutmeg. The palate is layered with fruit and spice showcasing blueberry, strawberry pie filling, sweet cherry, milk chocolate, graham cracker, thyme, and white pepper.
This bold Zinfandel would pair exceptionally well with Mongolian BBQ or anything covered in a teriyaki sauce. Other recommended pairings would be a burger with BBQ potato chips, or a meat lover’s pizza.
