The Zinfandel, which includes 2% Petite Sirah in the blend, is aged six months in primarily used American and French oak. It is a big boy at 14.8% alcohol, but shows nice briary berry fruit that moves toward the blue and black spectrum of flavors. It is a spicy, peppery, lush and heady Zinfandel to drink over the next 3-4 years.
