Straw yellow with hints of melon, pineapple and peach, Bolla Chardonnay has a lingering finish.
Fully ripe and healthy grapes are selected for Bolla Chardonnay. After crushing, the must, that during pressing was kept in contact with skins to increase aroma and enhance structure, is fermented at controlled temperatures. Alcoholic fermentation is followed by a partial malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness and balance.
Bolla Chardonnay is a perfect match for fish, mild risottos, melon and prosciutto, and white meats.
