M. Chapoutier - Côtes du Roussillon-Villages Bila-Haut
Colour : Deep garnet red.

Mouth : This wine is fleshy, well-structured with the warm and savage of soils of the Roussillon area.

A blend of 40% Grenache, 40% Syrah and the rest a mix of Carignan and Mourvèdre, the tank-aged 2017 Cotes du Roussillon Villages Les Vignes de Bila Haut comes from several estates, mostly in the Agly Valley. Dark cherries and subtle spice shadings appear on the nose, while the medium to full-bodied palate adds hints of blueberries and chocolate. The tannins are silky, gently fading away on the finish.
